R-5461-S Synthetic Mica Tape uses high-purity synthetic mica paper with alkali-free glass fibre cloth or PE film on one or both sides, bonded with silicone resin. Three grades: GS (glass single side, 0.09–0.15 mm), GD (glass both sides, 0.14–0.16 mm), GFD (glass plus film, 0.12–0.14 mm). Width 4.5–1000 mm, roll length 500/1000/2000 m, standard cores 52/54/76/120 mm. R-5461-P Phlogopite Mica Tape uses phlogopite mica paper with alkali-free glass fibre cloth or PE film on one or both sides, bonded with silicone resin. Four grades: GS (glass single side), GD (glass both sides), GFD (glass plus film), FS (film single side). Thickness 0.08–0.20 mm, width 4.5–1000 mm, roll length 500/1000/2000 m, standard cores 52/54/76/120 mm. Breakdown voltage up to >5.5 kV (FS) and >2.5 kV (GD). R-5461-CM-GS Calcined Mica Tape uses calcined muscovite mica paper with alkali-free glass fibre cloth on one side, bonded with silicone resin. Thickness 0.10–0.14 mm, width 4.5–1000 mm, roll length 500/1000/2000 m, standard cores 52/54/76/120 mm. R-5461 Mica Tape in Spool is a fire-resistant cable insulation tape with phlogopite, synthetic or calcined mica paper, reinforced by alkali-free glass fibre cloth or polymer film.
